This conversation-based session will be a chance to network and connect with colleagues as well as an opportunity to gather input from the advising community about your experiences. The interactive format will consist of in-depth table discussions followed by large group sharing and discussion. The goal is to exchange ideas and brainstorm solutions related to initiatives and experiences that impact advisors and advising.
We want to be intentional with recognizing that diversity, equity and inclusion should be center to all of these conversations. Recognizing the intersections allows us to be more inclusive and more aware within our dialogues and solution building.
Prior to attending, please read the Advising Forum 2023 Report.The Progress and Updates list also provides insight on how ideas from the 2023 forum have been impactful to efforts across campus. We look forward to continuing and advancing dialogue about the state of advising at the next forum.
