One Time Late Withdrawal Guide

Updating Expected Graduation Term (EGT)
- If Degree Checkout Status is blank: Colleges may update a student’s EGT using the “How to” guide.
- If Degree Checkout Status is “Applied”: Undergraduates may change their EGT by submitting a "Request to Change EGT" form.
- If Degree Checkout Status is “Applied” and the student is unable to submit their own request: Advisors may complete the "Advisor Request to Change EGT" form.
Adjusting Minimum Credit Threshold
- PeopleSoft guide for adjusting enrollment limits: After an advisor or other staff has contact with the student, the minimum threshold can be reduced or removed so the student can complete the drop.

Liberal Education Transfer Credit Evaluation
Students can submit a transfer course review through the Transfer Credit Evaluation system. Courses will be evaluated to determine if they 1) transfer and 2) meet liberal education requirements.

Leave of Absence
Students seeking a LOA can turn completed forms into their advisor or advising office. Advisors can use the LOA guidelines for navigating students along with the instructions to process an LOA.
