Academic Restoration Policy and Process: An Overview for Advisors

Facilitated by: Jessica Kuecker Grotjohn and Katie Russell, OUE

Description:

This training is primarily aimed at university advisors who want to learn more about the new Academic Restoration policy and process in their work with students. The new Academic Restoration policy provides a pathway for students who have struggled academically to return to the University and complete their degree. This new policy recognizes that students experience extenuating circumstances and personal growth over time that may result in an increasing likelihood of student success. Come to this training to learn more about the policy, process, and how to navigate students through it.
