The goal of this group is to provide a space for reflection, development, learning, and sharing of resources among advisors on campus who have responsibilities in academic departments. We are focusing on creating connections among departmental advisors, providing professional development specific to topics faced by this population, ensuring the voice of departmental advisors is heard by advising leadership on campus, and creating resources to support individuals who supervise departmental advisors.
