Advising in This College
Students in CSOM are assigned one academic advisor who work with them from orientation through graduation.
Carlson International Experience
The Carlson Global Institute's Education Abroad offerings are created to meet the needs of undergraduate students looking for business-focused abroad programming and to fulfill their International Experience. CGI's programs are designed to align with the Carlson curriculum and fulfill additional requirements for Carlson undergraduates.
Students should first fill out an online profile then meet with an Education Abroad advisor before applying to a study abroad program. Meetings can be scheduled by contacting the Carlson Global Institute's front desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or by requesting a meeting directly with an advisor.
Transferring into Carlson School of Management is very competitive. Students should be mindful of the information sessions, requirements, prerequisites, credit and GPA minimums, and application deadlines.
There are no transfer advising appointments. The information sessions are the most effective way to accommodate questions and specific situations.
All prospective transfer students, should attend one of our Transfer Admissions Information Sessions for all questions and transfer credit-related situations. If students still have questions after attending a Carlson Transfer Admissions Information Session, please email email@example.com.
